Monday seems to be the day a restaurant closes if at all and I think I understand why… It’s time to take a breath, recover from the weekend and get ready for the next week.

With that in mind, I am going to take a break and just introduce, “The Fact of the Day”. So from here forward, the last entry for the Blog will be a one liner bit of info that is hopefully new to you.
