The Ryde hotel is located about 4 miles south of Walnut Grove on Highway 160 overlooking the Sacramento River.

The original Hotel Ryde was built by Paul Guisti and his brothers in 1886. That hotel has been replaced a couple times and the current hotel was built in the 1926/27 timeframe.

This hotel, like the Grand Island Mansion is a great wedding venue and has a superb Sunday Brunch.
