Columbus Day is today so things related to anchorage operation is a little different. The anchorage I have been at since Friday is typically a 3 day maximum, but with the holiday they give you an extra day. So I was able to finish the toilet installation and will be able to pass inspection tomorrow. Once I pass I will be able to go to the 30 day cruisers anchorage. Won’t have to be up anchoring every 3rd day and get into some sort of routine.

The new anchorage is near the Coast Guard Station and downtown San Diego. I will of course document it with pictures and narrative. The only picture I took today is where Footloose has been for 4 days. If you look close you will see her out in the center just past a yellow buoy. After making that comment, I decided to take a second picture, should be self explanatory.

Late edition, a neighboring boat has this pet Seagull that hatched on their boat and is totally unafraid of humans. It is about 6 months old, flys around with the Seagulls, then comes home. That is when he is not visiting other boats. They named it WooWoo or WeeWee, I can’t seem to get a straight answer which it is. I don’t want to feed it as it attracts the other Gulls.
