Payday, as you all know I haven’t been overly neglected for my whole life, but the last 6 months have been a test. It was actually fun going into Ralph’s (a Molley Stones look alike) knowing I was about to buy some items I shouldn’t. Fortunately they had a electric Handicap rideum cart. I only knocked over 1 little table with a scale in the produce area(professional driver I tell you). All in all I got most of the items I needed, razor blades and shaving cream, but forgot to get pepper. I was able with help to find minute tapioca. Haven’t had any good tapioca pudding for years. Not tonight, but soon.

I did get the makings for coconut shrimp and didn’t consult the internet(dumb). The results were pretty good considering the frozen shrimp(I call them practice shrimp) were not peeled which I didn’t notice(that again was probably because of the mixed fruit from Starbucks). So once the shrimp were dipped in Panko and coconut and fried, looked great, but once you peeled the shrimp, the Panko and coconut went with the skin. The shrimp did have a slight coconut flavor and were good.

As you can see, I am getting into the rough life, do I buy peeled shrimp or not. Nothing else got done today and that’s a good thing. Jennifer has established a subscriber thing to the Blog which makes so much sense. Now once you subscribe(it’s free), you will get notified when I publish something. I didn’t go crazy at Ralph’s, maybe next payday.
