Plans are made to be broken, so I did. Instead of working on the navigation lights as planned, I went in and did a little internet time. It seems to be getting easier to walk to the bus stop, hope my hip is getting better.
I continue to meet interesting people wherever I go. Today it was a young man, a research scientist, on his way to Orlando for a Genetics convention. His area of specialization is finding the markers for diabetes. There is still hope for the world.
When I got back to Footloose it was time to look into the navigation lights. Of course the afternoon wind started to blow and it became very precarious trying to stand up in the dinghy. I was able to get the screws out but couldn’t get the plate off. Going to need a different set of tools (mañana).
